For clarity throughout these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below whenever they appear:

To register and use a444, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

a444 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage using your CNIC or other documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. Accounts opened using false information will be permanently closed and any balance within them forfeited.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your a444 account. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made, and every interaction with any game or service on the platform — regardless of whether those actions were taken by you directly or by someone who accessed your account with or without your permission.

Your login credentials — your registered mobile number and password — are confidential. a444 will never ask for your password via any channel. Do not share these details with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact a444 support immediately at support@a444.wine and change your password without delay.

You must keep your registered contact details current. a444 uses your registered mobile number to send important account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts. An outdated number means you may miss critical information about your account. Update your details through account settings whenever they change.

a444 accounts are for personal entertainment only. Using your a444 account for any commercial purpose — taking bets on behalf of others, acting as an agent, or running any form of betting syndicate through the platform — is prohibited and will result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

a444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other currencies or payment methods are currently accepted.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on a444 is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Deposits are credited to your wallet as soon as payment is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within seconds for mobile wallets. a444 does not charge any fee on deposits. If a deposit fails to appear after five minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be directed to an account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. a444 targets a processing time of under fifteen minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals. IBFT transfers may take up to two hours. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your issuing bank. a444 does not deduct any fee from withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawal Hold: Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification is pending, if there are unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds, or if the security team has flagged unusual activity for review. a444 will communicate any hold to the player within twenty-four hours of the withdrawal request and provide a clear timeline for resolution.

Dormant Account Funds: If an a444 account has had no login or transaction activity for twelve consecutive months, it is classified as dormant. a444 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain active account status.

a444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to these general bonus rules which apply to every promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• All bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within this period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have both accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
• a444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently modified will have their existing bonus honoured under the terms that applied at the time of claiming.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are voided, refunded, or cashed out before settlement do not count towards wagering requirements.
• a444 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds if there is evidence that a promotion has been abused, exploited, or claimed in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Bonus terms for specific offers — including the PSL cashback, first deposit match, and virtual sports welcome offer — are detailed on the Promotions page. If there is any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.

All bets placed on a444 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are displayed within each betting market and game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until a444's system issues a confirmation reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation number — for example due to a network interruption during placement — are not valid and should be re-placed. a444 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and are shown in the betslip before confirmation. a444 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual players or specific markets at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Palpable Errors: If a444 publishes odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, a match winner at 100.0 that should have been 1.90 — a444 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes. This policy applies to both favourable and unfavourable errors. Deliberate exploitation of palpable errors is treated as abuse of the platform.

Abandoned Events: If a cricket match or other sporting event covered on a444 is abandoned before reaching the minimum completion threshold defined in the sport-specific rules, bets are voided and stakes returned. For PSL matches, the minimum completion threshold is ten overs per side under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method unless a result has been officially declared by PCB.

Virtual sports on a444 are computer-generated simulations whose outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly audited by an independent testing laboratory. Virtual sports are not connected to, influenced by, or representative of any real-world sporting event. Past virtual results have no bearing on future virtual results.

All virtual sports bets are final once the simulation begins. There is no cash-out option on virtual sports markets. Bets on virtual sports events that fail to complete due to a technical fault will be voided and stakes returned. Where a partial result has been determined before a fault, a444 will settle bets on the basis of the result at the point of interruption if the sport-specific rules permit a valid result to be declared.

Players should be aware that virtual sports events run continuously — a new event starts every three to five minutes depending on the sport. The rapid cycle of virtual sports means that it is possible to place many bets in a short period. a444 recommends using the deposit limit tools available in account settings to manage spending during virtual sports sessions.

a444 is committed to providing a fair, honest, and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances — including any pending withdrawals:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events that you have prior knowledge of having been manipulated or fixed, or participating in any scheme to fix sporting outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, using VPNs or proxy servers to exploit geo-restricted promotions, or systematically placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or perform any function on the a444 platform that would normally require a human player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game format that involves multiple players, including Ludo tournaments and multi-player card game tables.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to a444. If a chargeback is received, the corresponding account is suspended pending investigation and the disputed amount is offset against any withdrawable balance.
• Money Laundering: Using a444 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine personal gaming entertainment. a444 cooperates fully with relevant financial and regulatory authorities and reports suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable law.

All content on the a444 platform — including but not limited to the a444 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, live score data presentation, promotional materials, and all software underlying the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of a444 or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any a444 content or software. Systematic scraping of odds, scores, or any other data from a444 is expressly prohibited.

a444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

a444 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors and identity verification providers strictly for the purpose of operating the platform. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@a444.wine.

a444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested identity documents, chargebacks, match fixing, bonus abuse, or player request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — is forfeited. Where a444 closes an account for reasons other than a player's breach (for example, a business decision to cease offering the service in a particular market), all verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within fifteen business days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting support. If a voluntary closure is for responsible gaming reasons, the closure takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as selected by the player. Any withdrawable balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed immediately.

a444 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned technical faults, third-party payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond a444's control may occasionally affect platform availability.

a444's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — including but not limited to lost bets, delayed withdrawals, or technical errors — is limited to the value of the player's verified real-money wallet balance at the time the claim arises. a444 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits or opportunity.

a444 is not responsible for internet connection failures on the player's end that result in a bet not being placed, confirmed, or settled. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable connection before placing bets, particularly for in-play markets where odds move rapidly.

a444 is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. Betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. a444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a444 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file and will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you continue to use the a444 platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of your withdrawable balance. Your use of the platform after an amendment constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms — no separate signature is required.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with a444 support within fifteen business days, it may be escalated to formal arbitration. a444 will participate in good faith in any properly constituted arbitration process. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which a444 is licensed to operate. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within twelve months of the event giving rise to the claim.
